San Telmo is a small and picturesque town between sea and mountains located in front of the La Dragonera natural park. Have you ever wished that a moment would never end? Seeking spaciousness of space has been the maxim we have followed to try to guarantee comfort.
Natural materials
Natural materials such as wood, linen, jute contribute to giving warmth to the rooms. The accessories such as towels, beach towels and baskets etc. have also been taken care of.

From anywhere in the day area, you will enjoy spectacular views of the beach and San Telmo with the Dragonera island in the background. Imagine cooking, relaxing on the couch with those views….
The Rooms
Cotton, linen, natural fibers and wood… Comfort, warmth and space to facilitate everyone’s rest.
Space.
The rooms have enough space to be able to set up a crib if necessary. All you have to do is ask us and you will have it assembled when you arrive.
Confort.
Reading lights, enough power outlets to charge all your devices right next to the bed. To read, work with your laptop, tablet or whatever you want.
Colours.
Blue, green, earth, pink, white and black. Colors that transmit tranquility, comfort and warmth to ensure that you disconnect from everything during your stay.
The beds.
Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Wardrobes.
All rooms have built-in wardrobes and hangers so that your clothes are as comfortable as you are. Comfort for everyone comes first…
Textures.
Micro-cement, porcelain, brass. Pure lines and chromatic balance so that relaxation even reaches the bathroom.
Hygiene products.
Own, organic products, made in Mallorca with local ingredients. Not tested on animals. All focused on improving the experience.
Shower or bathtub.
Los apartamentos de la planta baja disponen de ducha, con una ducha lluvia, con acabados de micro-cemento y latón.
The apartments on the upper floors have a bathtub, also a rain shower head.
Rooftop
The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax and enjoy family or friends or even share moments with the other tenants. Open, comfortable space, equipped with tables to eat or dine while feeling the sea breeze and listening to its murmur.
Outdoor Kitchen
Designed to be able to enjoy dinners or meals on the roof. It has a sink, fridge and a barbecue where you can prepare whatever you want, for yours or share it with whoever you want.
Solarium
Sunbathing, reading a book, having a cocktail in this solarium is a delight. The sea breeze refreshes you and if you get too hot you can opt for the shower or the mini pool on the roof.
Piscina
Take a swim in this mini pool with views of the sea and Dragonera Island while you hear the murmur of the sea and the breeze swaying the bamboos. A unique experience.
Bikes
During your stay you can use the bicycles that are available to everyone to go for a ride around San Telmo or even for the most adventurous to reach a remote cove.
Paddle Surf.
Whether you have already tried it or it is your first time, you can use these boards to enjoy the sea in a different way. Grab one, go to the beach canal and start the adventure.

«Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit schönen Details und cleveren Raumlösungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Bucht ist wirklich schön, wenn auch noch etwas schattig im Februar. Im kleinen Ort Sant Elm ist es ruhig und beschaulich. Wirklich toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit Fahrräder oder SUPs auszuleihen. Sole hat uns herzlich begrüßt und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!»
